Do they mean "indifference" about everything? I thought they meant indifferent to alcohol.
I'd worry about the side effects of such a high dose of baclofen, if it were me. Some people have gone up to 300mg/day before reaching indifference. That's such an individual thing, though . . . some tolerate it very well.
My bigger concern,my foremost reason for choosing TSM over baclofen, was the possibility of a supply interrupting. What happens if one can't get baclofen? Not only are the alcohol cravings back, they're accompanied by a baclofen medwash. I figured I didn't need that.

So I went with TSM, which (I hope) provides a better solution as well as not leaving me dependent upon the drug.
Again, though, I have nothing against the baclofen method. Research is still in early days, but it looks promising. It could be a real short-term help to people who are having trouble even getting started with TSM, or to people whose drinking is so wildly out of control that they might die if they don't cut down at once.
