I know I saw info about this somewhere, but can't find it. I'm in the US. Are units ounces?

I'm not exactly sure how many oz I drink when I do. I guess I should start measuring before I start taking the Nal? :?

Thank you!

Well, I never did the "units" thing anyway, but just stuck with the old format -- 1 beer = 1 oz. of liquor = 1 glass of wine. I'm not much of a measurer anyway, so this has worked for me. Obviously, some beers are stronger and some glasses of wine are bigger. I know my patterns, though, so I'm able to formulate a comparison that works for me, though it might not be 100% accurate relative to everyone else here.

UK units are worked out by multiplying the number of ml (metric volume) x percentage alcohol divided by 1000.

So 1 pint 4% beer = 568ml(equivalent of 1 pint) x 4% then divided by 1000 = 2.3 units

If you google US alcohol units you might find a calculator there.

If you are in the UK, use this:

If you are elsewhere, use this:

Quick and easy way to get accurate measurements no matter what you're drinking. I have been using it to track my consumption and have a very accurate picture of my last 14 weeks of drinking thanks to it.
