MM,

I came up with an average per week for my pre-TSM based on the past couple of months of my drinking patterns, which was a minimum of two bottles (750ml) of wine a day. At 5 (U.S.) units each X 2 that's 10 units/day, 70/week. With my top range of 3 bottles a day, 3x5=15, 15x7=105. So my preTSM units were 70-105/week.

BTW, I was told there'd be no math.

:)

Hi everyone! I'm in the thick of it! I took my Nal for the 1st time around 2 hours and 40 minutes ago. I felt nothing other than maybe a bit drowsy, though I was hungover today so that would contribute, but I kind of felt better after I took the Nal actually. I drank a big glass of wine an hour after and did not feel buzzed. By now, I've had about 2/3 of a bottle of wine and now am working on some more. (I know it's 2/3 of a bottle because I bought two of those Bandit Pinot Grigio's in a box if anyone knows what that is.)

I'm feeling a little buzzed now finally, BUT I am not feeling that other feeling of craving, kind of hard to explain. I'm tired and will probably go to bed soon instead of staying up late, drinking more. I am interested to see how I feel in the morning.

I'm on my 6th "unit." I'm buzzed but not feeling like I have to keep drinking more. That's very exciting!!!!

My goals are to eliminate solitary drinking during the week, and the weekend, and to drink an appropriate amount and not get too drunk at social gatherings.

I woke up this morning with a mild headache and that's about it. I'm so relieved that I'm not feeing horrible. I'm also very excited about the possibilities w/ Nal! :D
