I know about half life of Naltrexone, but as I'm drinking slower and not achieving the same buzz I find it harder to gauge - but in general if I were to spread my drinking over a period of several hours when would roughly be an appropriate time to 'top-up' on say a half dose? Has anyone done this, does it help, is it within the confines of the method?
Any opinions or experiences would be appreciated!

I top up around the 4-6 hour mark, and this goes also for if I've taken the nal and not yet had a drink. Just because I take one doesn't mean I can't decide to or other things can't get in the way
