My husband is in the military can he do this program with me or could naltrexone show up on a urine test?

I've asked a similar question re drug testing but I'm not in the forces. It shouldn't turn up on a drug test, however I'd be more concerned that it could appear to be a masking agent in that it would clear off all opiates from the body. They'd have to be testing for it though, which I don't think they do.
