@Alice, yes the irritability was not fun at all. Just make sure you take it 1 hour before. I am finding I do drink a little more if I wait 2 hours instead 1.

@Chris, same with me. I am supprised both ways by how I thought I had to drink and how much I really had to drink.

This weeks update report. Units 69.
Well, units have continued to increase, but the units alone does not paint the full picture. For what I had on this week I am surprised they are this low. Previously on a week with company comitments and golf would have been a 100 unit + week.

Friday was pretty good.
Saturday I had golf and drank all day and at night, but 10 units is unheard of. To give you an idea, on the 8th of march (The first entry on the graph) I had 34 units and this was a typical golf day.
Sunday I had a wedding, free beer all day and ended up with 13 units without even trying to slow myself down or stop.
Monday was meeting day and I am pretty stressed after them so I always had previously drank a lot on these days.
Tuesday. Normal day
Wednesday was another meeting day, so same as monday.
Thursday was funny, I had about 2 drinks and did not feel like drinking any more, but forced myself to drink and ended up with 10 units.

Peak week for both of us. I plan on peaking backwards hopefully this week.

As info. I did not have any AF days until after week 6. I noticed you're getting there. It was quite the LARGE accomplishment, hitting that first AF day after starting TSM.

Good luck this week.

OK,

This is a post for the last 2 weeks.

I have my units creeping up of late. However, I must stress that the day that I had 20 units would normally have been a 35 unit(Beer) day as I had a days golfing and drinking starts early in the morning.
Week 5 : 68 units
Week6 : 70 units (Golfing day included, also got an AF day otherwise I would have been well into the 90's)

Counting them up like that, really makes it look bad. All of my drinks are beer, just think how much money I could have saved if I did not drink all that!!!

Hey Guys, time to check in with my last 2 weeks of progress.

One AF day over the last two weeks, but on some days I am able to stop after a couple of beers unintentionally. The numbers are still too high, but definitely drinking less than I was before TSM.

My graphs.

Hi Dave

Just wanted to say well done on your progress so far ... graphs looking good. As a fellow golfer .. that game is enough to drive anyone to drink ... especially if you play as badly as me ..

currently its freezing here in Scotland ... tipping down with rain here (while my partner is away sunning himself in a beautiful 5 * Turkish golfing resort!) Argh!!!

But after 9 miserable holes I did manage to stay AF last night ... good to read of your progress Lorraine

Hey guys. Just wanted to update.

I know I have not posted in a while and I will post my proggress shortly, but I am really in the dumps right now. I have had my ups and downs over the last few weeks where my units have almost got up to pre-nal . But, the one thing that was so encouraging was that I never had a blackout and was always in control.

That was until last Saturday night. I drank way to much and the last half hour of the drinking rampage was a bit of a blur. I did things I am regretting now and made a fool out of my self again. I am really disappointed with my self after making so much progress. The only positive thing I can get out of that night was that I know I drank less than I would have off nal. But, that does not change the fact that I had a small blackout. I really hope this is just another stepping stone to success.

time to update the graph,

Things spiked there for a bit and the only reason why I have been keeping the units lower is b/c I have had AF days.
