Thanks to my Pdoc I would have access to nalmefene (and of course NTX).

In theory nalmefene should be "stronger" or "better".

Which shall i take / which would you take?

Nalmefene is supposed to be longer lasting, not metabolised by the liver and offers fewer side effects. Whilst I'm happy with Naltrexone I think I'd go for the new drug if starting out now.

Ok, then I'll go with the nalmefene. I too believe it's the better drug.

I can't post data about some of the studies... Lundbeck could be... let's calll it "unhappy." about some details.

But if NTX is good then nalmefene should be even more effective.
