Hi UKB and Alice

Hope you both doing ok .... I'm not sure I understand the advice here.... so Alice - are you saying you take Nal on days you don't drink alcohol?? Thats good if its helping with your tiredness. . .but I thought we weren't supposed to take Nal and NOT drink???!

Thanks UKB ... so I suppose the answer is just more AF days .. mind you I've felt better since i've been back on daily Nal .. strange!!

Can someone clarify if its ok to take Nal and just have only one drink?

Thanks all

Lorraine

Pure TSM says if you take nal you should drink, even one would be fine.

I have taken Nal many times thinking I might drink then changed my mind, prefering to stay AF that day and it's not hurt me one bit.

Take from this whatever you will.

I read in this thread that Barry was taking Jackd 3d as a stimulant for the tiredness. I just saw an episode on dateline about a young marine dying from it. Apparently it is very hard on the heart. Keek

I know a little about sports supplements and I'd be inclined to think the marine also had other health, or heart issues. I wouldn't however use a stimulant just to get over the nal-tiredness. Alcohol and stimulants can also dehydrate and make any potential hangover much worse. I find that side-effect actually reduces the amount I drink and I just got to bed instead!

General discussion can be made over on this along with the all introduction it was good to maintain some facts on this. I need to clear some reports that were at www.topdissertations.org/ukessays-review/ these to have some communicative sites that was able to present data along all of this fiction.
