Just over 2 years ago I "quit" TSM after a pretty successful 9 months. Without going into every gory detail, I stopped taking Nal when I was betrayed by a loved-one. One or two or three days drinking without taking my Nal turned into two years.

I'm going to give it another go. My previous experience with TSM lasted 9 months. Some of the control I gained over that time has stayed with me. Looking back (journals) at how much more control I had with TSM lets me know that it was working. And the last 2 years have taught me that there are people in my life who would rather see failure than share in success.

I still have a 90 day (not expired) supply of Naltima, so my intent is to titrate back up to 50mg beginning tomorrow. I find so much support in this community even when I don't "know" all of you. Thanks for being here.

I'm glad you found your way back. The TSM forum has a nice, supportive community. Keep us posted.

Started TSM Aug 2012. Had some success but over time the Nal SEs were so awful that stopped taking Nal. Managed a 30 day (Sept 2012) and 46 day (Feb/Mar 2013) AF period which also contributed to getting drinking under control.
