Now in month 12, take nal one hr before and it is still providing me with a stopping point where before I would sometimes have none. Since I am no longer really subject to just getting out of control drunk even when I did not want to I think I am less nervous of what may happen next time. Just bot another 6 month supply so it does seem to be working as touted. U still get drunk if u really want to but it's not easy.

Thanks for the encouraging post. I believe extinction works. I am into this at the bottom of my third month and it is; just as been described. I hardly ever think about drinking. Last week I had a total of two drinks I can't believe I went home and wasn't craving more. Usually the first two start the party for the whole night. My only complaint is I have been staying away from social situations that I
would like to be a part of. This weekend I am taking my girlfriend out for her birthday so I am the designated driver that will help. Hoping by the end of next month (month four) this will become an automatic response. Happy Christmas!
