I am here to find out, how are you people doing? For me, still there is a lot of work is left. My success story continues..but still trying to find the meaning of life. I have been now 16 months alcohol free. I have been 5 months smoke free. Tea and coffee are histroy...

But still struggling to find peace..counting for lost time..

May GOD give you peace to all of you..

Hello, I just downloaded a book:
Okay, I quit. Now what? Becoming a Re-Invented Alcoholic by Mark Tuschel. The author is irreverent, cocky, but funny and I like his sarcastic style. If he has some ideas on how to better spend time while not drinking, it can't hurt reading it.

Ever try Yoga? If you find the right class for you, it's really uplifting. Impressed with your accomplishments! -FA

Great news 237,

That would be a great thing for me. The GYM everyday. Something to work towards.
