I think I have a good grasp on the Sinclair Method...take 50 MG of Naltrexone on the days I wish to drink, an hour before hand...I was also prescribed Campral, which I heard is effective in reducing cravings..my dr., who hasn't heard of the Sinclair Method, wants me to take both to prevent "the first drink", complete abstinence..My thought was to take Campral daily and Naltexone (per the Sinclair Method) one hour before I decide to drink..does anyone have experience with using Campral & Naltrexone for the Sinclair Method? I appreciate your comments.

no i dont have any experince withe campral. BUT i once had a email from dr. cox who worked with dr. sinclair. he suggested taking both medications together. he never told me how to take the both, but i assume the way you are doing it is corect. i think it is great idea what your doing. i might try that as well. keep me posted if the the campral helps with the cravings.
