Just curious to know if anyone has experienced any increased lower back pain since starting the Nal. I'm a bit worried that it might be my kidney's, which is where the Nal is primarily metabolized. Or, it could simply be a side-effect -- of the Nal or of my work and age! I do a fair bit of physical work, and I'm 53.

Thanks!

Dab, it could simply be the fact that you're blocking your opioidergic receptors, so they can't get the morphine (endorphins) that they normally get. As a result, you feel more pain.

Oh my God, Done121! That makes a LOT of sense. Thank you SO MUCH for suggesting this to me!!!

Bless you. You have brought me to tears just now with this blatant revelation -- statement of fact as far as I know. Perhaps others can share their experience with this as well!

Take care.

Dab,

I would be really surprised if NAL had anything to do with your pain. I don't recall ready about anything like this anywhere, with respect to TSM and NAL.

It's probably just a coincidence. Keep us updated.

Dab, your welcome! Hopefully when you stop the Nal, the back pain will go away.
