Hi WTE,

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience, esp. since you had company at the time. :cry: But you may be overthinking this. Just start in more slowly, trust your body to adjust. . .and go with the flow.

You'll be fine, once your body learns to recognize and 'deal' with this new event.

While I'm not an AA'er. . .it's always good to take "One day at a time."
