hey curios and goth thanks for the reply back. curios i have tried melatonin, seraquel, dexoral,and every herb in the world. the only thing that will knock me out is 4 benadrls and 4 mg xanax, and i can sleep strait for 3 hours and wake up and go back for another 3 hours. the problem after a week it starts to loose the effects. and its to dangerous to go any higher then that. let me resolve drinking then i will work on the sleeping next. love you guys
