tell the psychiatrist or doctor you need it to help with the cravings. if you tell them your going to drink while taking the medication ,they cant prescripe it to you. they will be lieable if something happens to you.

yea i just got a prescription for naltrexone from a general doctor. it took two visits, and a liver functions test. i told him that i had quit drinking, and this helped a friend of mine out.
