I had to go in for a minor surgical procedure on sunday, under a general anaesthetic... Had stopped the naltrexone for 24 hours prior to the op... After the procedure I was given codeine for pain and also given co-codamol 30/500 and diclofenac 50mg for pain... Its been over 24 hours since the op now and I have cut the codeine out as the pain has greatly subsided.. Im just wondering how long after my last dose of codeine should I leave it before resuming naltrexone and the sinclair method?

I think you'll wanna wait 4–5days at a min. I have heard some say to wait 10days after taking a narcotics before taking nal. Be careful. Some people have had horrible side effects mixing nal and narcotics.
