Larry,

Yes, it IS real, Larry. This forum is made up of a group of people who have been using TSM in order to help and hopefully cure their alcoholism. It is not officially linked with anyone in the Sinclair Method organization, or even Dr. Escapa. So don't let the lack of activity here discourage you. If you haven't read Dr. Escapa's book yet, I really urge you to do so.

Another forum that gives some attention to TSM is over on "Mywayout.org". Perhaps take a look over there as well. There is also a Facebook page hosted by a gal who seems to have written a new introduction to Escapa's book (revised edition it appears).

Hang in there. It works--perhaps not for all people--but for most.

Take care.

You quite obviously have been drinking. Otherwise you are either a Troll or an Idiot. Dr. Eskapa emailed you personally.

Either way, if I were you I'd delete this post. Just my opinion.

Larry,

I've just revised this entry from last night:

I have to agree with Q here. Your postings have been quite strange. And when I asked you to reproduce your so-called email from Dr. Escapa, you simply reproduced your grammatically poor rendition. That was CLEARLY not a cut and past of his email, so I'm doubting that Dr. Escapa actually wrote it....which makes me wonder, like Q, who/what you're up to here.

That said, if you are truly an alcoholic on TSM journey, good luck to you.

While it's possible, even likely, that Larry was drunk posting, he certainly wouldn't be the first to do it. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt.

Dab, with all due respect, I don't think it's your (or my or any one single member of this forum's) place to tell someone that they don't belong here.

I see your point, Curi, you're right that it's not really my place to tell Larry--or anyone for that fact--to go. My apologies all around. (Must have been the 12 units talking that I drank last night!!!) Shame on ME actually! I've since re-written the offending post.

Thanks.

first i would like to say that i don't appreciate both of your replies. i could care less if either one of you believe me that dr. escapa emailed me back. believe me i was surprised that he did. he just emailed me this morning as well with another concern i had. troll? listen buddy i have a life i make a l tons of money have a great family and have a great life(except my drinking). poor grammar, strange? is that what you said to me dabs. do me a favor the both of you. don't ever respond to any of my messages. i was just trying to be helpful but i guess my spelling and strange messages are not good enough for you guys. don't forget where all the same we are alcoholics. one more thing. email me at larrynajor@yahoo.com and i will forward you his emails after that both of don't ever respond or email me ever please. one more thing shame on both of you.

I'm having trouble understanding what the issue is with the email Larry posted... I didn't look too hard but only saw one grammar error in it, the term "un usual".

I have had several email "conversations" with Dr. Eskapa and a nearly two hour telephone conversation as well. I have no problem believing Larry's email is genuine. Had it contained something scandalous I might demand more proof. But for God's sake, it's just the same advice he's always given.

All of you guys need to lighten up on Larry.

Larry for your part, keep in mind that nearly everyone here post half (or fully) drunk sometimes and sometimes you have to blow stuff off. There are much bigger problems to be worried about.

Good point N101CS. In fact, I didn't insult Larry until the other night when I was quite intoxicated. And that's why we are all here. Our quest is to be free of the booze and the concomitant bad behaviour, of which I am admittedly quite guilty here.

Thanks.
