Hello, anyone still involved here? I live in Colorado, just got an Rx for Naltrexone from my MD. He has advised a daily dose, never mentioned the sinclair method. So I am on my own to make the best of this prescription. Looks like this site is not active recently...?

Hey Rocky,

Do not worry. We are here to support you. For me it was just 20 days drinking with Nal. After that I have not toucher Beer. Once you start drinking with Nal, you will not enjoy your alocohol. After that little bit of will power, you will be a free man... Pray to God everyday. For me it was not only Nal but it was grace of GOD also that I am free from all addcitions..beer, smoking, tea, coffe..

Have faith in GOD and you will come out of it.

May GOD bless.....

Hi Rocky - yes, it's quiet but I think that's just summer time when most people are busy enjoying themselves and on holiday etc. Your doctor is doing his best for you but if you are going to try TSM just take naltrexone when you drink, and not when you don't expect to be drinking. It really does NOT work the other way - taking it every day, and it's just a waste of good money.

Start your own thread for your weekly progress if you want to so we can check in with you too!! Good luck and have a great week.

You are amazing Hello! Not only shaking the alcohol but coffee, tea and smoking?! Pretty darn impressive!

Started TSM Aug 2012. Had some success but over time the Nal SEs were so awful that stopped taking Nal. Managed a 30 day (Sept 2012) and 46 day (Feb/Mar 2013) AF period which also contributed to getting drinking under control.
