I'm struggling w/ the Nal----have felt terribly nauseous the last couple times I've taken it and wonder if part of my shipment is off.....so I've been looking at what else is out there that curbs the cravings. Has anyone used RU-21? It's supposed to help prevent hangovers but looking at the ingredients, it "may" help with cravings. Anyone have any experience/feedback on RU-21? Thank you in advance.

Most people usually get over the really bad side effects in a few days. If you are weeks in and still getting them, then something isn't quite right. I don't know that I've heard of anyone having bad nausea this long. Why one else???

Looking at what RU-21 contains, I'd be shocked to learn that it is anything better than sugar+salt placebo. Sure, I don't have any proof for that but so do the makers of that pill.

I've used RU-21 and found it surprisingly effective for preventing hangovers.

I also had awful side effects from NAL, and had to attenuate my dosage to 25mg, and eventually settled on 35.7mg (3/4 of the recommended dosage). I also used Chlorella to help prevent the hangovers and it was very effective.
