I took my first 5mg dose of Baclofen earlier. It only lasted a couple hours but I definitely felt it. I know I will acclimate, but I really don't know if I want to be taking this in the morning!

Since I plan on being AF 3-5 days a week, I was wondering if I could take some (with nal) before drinking, and if I feel withdrawal effects... or if I need to stick to a 3x daily schedule.

3x daily schedule?

You only need take one dose Naltrexone when you drink, wait one hour then drink. Only time you need to take more is if your drinking session lasts longer than say 4 hours, or you drink at lunch time, then again later in the evening.

I meant for the baclofen not the nal

Baclofen can be taken as and when needed.
