Cheers people, I appreciate the kind words
Anyway... Third week over and things are going good. I thought yesterday might be a bit of a trigger as the golf was on and I had started drinking at around 5pm knowing I was staying with it until the finish which was 12ish. I had 5 beer in the fridge and at 12 there was a full can sitting there so all was good.
Updated...
Week 1... AF 9.0 9.0 7.0 5.0 6.0 6.0 (42)
Week 2... AF 7.0 7.0 6.0 6.0 AF 5.0 (31)
Week 3... 6.0 6.0 6.0 6.0 7.5 6.0 7.5 (45)
Last week I sort of found myself drinking just for the sake of having a go at taking my Nal and getting a bit of drinking done if that makes sense. I'd usually have at least1 AF day before I started TSM and will try and have one or two this week.
Some things I've noticed... I still crave a beer most days but once I do, after 1 or 2 the notion wares off and I find myself sort of forgetting about it or taking forever to finish off. What I hate about this is, to me, 2 or 3 beer is the worst amount you can drink. 1 beer is refreshing but 2 or 3 just make me sort of wired and just wanting to go to sleep. I was never a 2-3 beer person. I usually drank to get the buzz.
I still don't think that I've really pushed myself through the barrier to get drunk intentionally and it might come but my third week is over and I haven't been drunk yet. That is not a coincidence, no way is it.
Some side effects I've notices is nausea especially when exercising. I felt really bad on my second week after pushing a bit of running but I think this will pass. Sex drive is down I've noticed and also appetite. I put both of these down to me being a compulsive person and the Nal sort of blocking these things out and I just sort of forget about them. (Best I could put it

)
Well that's about it. As you can probably tell I'm happy enough with how things are going. I try not to think to much about it at these early stages and let things roll as they are but something is definitely happening and I'm very grateful for whatever it is.
Cheers everyone.
