Last night was my second night on Naltrexone. Too early to tell how things are going but I'm feeling good. (Drinking a lot slower and not finishing last beer). Anyway... I went for a cycle this morning and when I got home I felt awful. I just go out for around 45 minutes but I try and push myself with sprinting and that. I do usually feel a bit rough if I'd been drinking the night before but this was worse than that.

I haven't read the book so I'm not sure if this is the norm. Was hoping for a bit of feedback.

Nal always seemed to make hangovers worse for me or I'd experience a hangover when I really didn't drink a great deal. Perhaps this is what you are experiencing.

Could be. I'll find out with more experience hopefully as time goes on. Exercising is pretty hard even without the Nal with a hangover, it was the queasiness I felt when I got home which was new. It was nothing I couldn't handle though and I suppose you should expect a few side effects at first. I dove straight in at 50mg and have read a bit of nausea might be expected.

Yep, it's very likely your body getting used to Nal. It should pass in a week or so.
