First off a 50% drop in consumption in 3 months is good going
I agree with Hester, you could try upping to 75mg or even 62.5 mg by breaking or biting the pill in 4. If you are worried about the buzz from your first drinks you could try eating something before drinking, say, a ham sandwich (or some sort of protein) when you take your Nal, it doesn't have to be a meal, just something to take the edge off hunger, if you are hungry. You could also drink a glass of water to make sure you're not a bit dehydrated. Hunger and thirst are big craving causers, so that might help you reduce how much you drink as well.
