Throwing ups isn't not exactly normal. Some people are nauseous in the beginning and it goes away. Some are plagued with it. Check out ElectraLou's thread in weekly progress. Nal isn't antabuse. Antabuse is a barbaric treatment that actually increases the desire to drink in some people. Being sleepy or lethargic is normal.
A couple of suggestions: I wouldn't take it on an empty stomach. I wouldn't up my dosage until I was sure of the effects.
The golden rule is nal one hour before drinking, with patience equals cure. If you haven't bought Dr. Eskapa's book, it would help. The only caveat everyone reminds others about is the timeframe to cure. In the collective experience of the board, the time frame is longer.
Good luck on your journey!
