I have been taking Nal for 5+ months now. I have been pretty good about taking it for the most part but I have played around alot with dosaging. Going from .25 to .5 depending on how long it was since I last took it and how much I had left. This worked for a while bit recenly I felt like I needed to step it up to full dosage. Well after taking 50 mg for 3 out of 4 days straight . I developed this strange dizziness. It bothers me when I go from standing to lying or Lying down to sudden standing . It's been 3 days now since I last took Nal or drank even and I am still having this problem. Luckily it is only in those instances . Has anyone experienced this? It's odd to me because I really never had any SEs before. And now I feel like I should have stuck with what had been working for me. One good thing though is that I have had little urge to drink. Will this ever go away?

I've experienced dizziness, but only while taking nal (and for maybe 12 hours afterwards). It's possible that the dizziness is unrelated to the nal and caused by something else. Do you ever suffer from sinus problems? I had terrible vertigo and dizziness and was terrified at walking down steep stairs for months before discovering it was just a sinus infection, NOT a brain tumor as I had surmised lol.

The dizziness was not at all related to the NAL. Just wanted to get on here and let everyone know.... especially those thinking of taking NAL, I wouldn't want to be one to scare someone from trying it. Turns out I ended up with a case of Benign positional vertigo (BPPV). It was pretty distressing at first but once I figured out what the problem was, with the help of my doctor and did the recommended treatment I got better very quickly. Feeling good now!
