Hi Lolo - I used to do the exact same thing and only buy enough booze for one night (since I would compulsively plow through all the booze in the house if any was around). Luckily, I live in an area with a lot of restrictions on when you can buy alcohol, so this would often help me moderate a bit and prevent me from driving back to the liqour store.
As I progressed through TSM, my cravings dropped dramatically, and I no longer became obsessed with all the booze in my house. This led to me not worrying about overdrinking at home, despite having a huge stockpile at the ready. As such, I would recommend stocking up and not worrying about it. Hopefully you'll get to the point where you become indifferent to all the sauce around you, and this should eliminate any drunk driving that could result from a need to restock.
In the meantime, perhaps you could explain to your parents that it's safer for you to drink at home, even if you overindulge, rather than risking a drunken trip back to the liquor store. That way, maybe they'd be more tolerant of letting you keep alcohol in the house (and you wouldn't need to hide it).
That's my two cents, and I really hope you can find a solution that works.
