I like your bf's tattoo - looks like he's into the new school style. My brother has had a ton of new school work done, and it looks great on him because he's a tank. I've always wanted to get something, but I'm too indecisive to pull the trigger and I need to work on the canvas first (ha).

You have some good incentive to push for AF days - feeling better at work, and motivating yourself to work out. Both of these goals will go a long way to getting you a few booze-free days lined up.

Pretty sweet there Chrissie! I'm mustering up to having something like that on my belly, piercing a must,, so sexy!!! I like the zephyr of SPRING metaphor. Have to be positive, this process is not easy, on those days that get you down it really helps to keep a positive attitude.

This week has been tough finding myself wanting to check right out. Luckily I've been holding my drinks down to 3 and 4, mostly because I just fall asleep because it makes me so tired. When I wake up I don't want any more pouring my drink down the drain and going to bed. One of my BF's nieces was killed in a car accident early Sunday morning along with her boyfriend. They were parting driving at high speed crossed the center line hitting a truck head on. Both of them where killed the truck driver is ok with a broken leg. This just brings back a lot of hard memories for me I lost a nephew in a motorcycle accident. He was 20, a year to graduate from Annapolis Naval Academy.

Have to run had to lay out there I've been struggling this week finding myself saying F*&* U a lot to give me an attitude to get through.

Forward Ho... Funeral starts today have to go into to work then off for a couple of day's. Looking forward to a little break.

I too am really sorry to hear about the deaths & the memories they brought up for you. Well done on not overdoing it with the alcohol though. Maybe being sick was a cloud with silver lining?
Hope the funeral isn't too traumatic. They were far too young to die.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. How horrible for these young people to have their lives cut short. But I'm proud of you for keeping your cool and not going off the cliff with such bad news. I know what you mean about feeling tired from the nal. It makes a person just want to sleep all day. Just makes ya feel like whats the point, right?
