I'm looking for a Sinclair doc in LI, NY. I do have a doc that does prescribe me Nal but he won't familiarize himself about TSM.

Yep, Adriana Notarfrancesco is my doctor. Unfortunately, she is on the UES of Manhattan ANd doesn't take insurance up front. But she (although not initially familiar with TSM) was all about prescribing nal and me drinking on it. She now is a bit more caught up to speed with TSM but not an expert, either way a good doc.
