Now 70 days alcohol free. I will never do anything in future for which I will find hard to forgive myself. Now I have taken myself off baclofen also. My sincere thanks to both baclofen and nal.

good luck to you all.

Congrats hello! I am so happy for you. Just keep a few nal on hand JUST IN CASE you ever drink again.

Hi hello237, just wanted to congratulate you on over 3 months sober! That is a fantastic effort.

What have you noticed about being abstinent, do you find the peace of mind comes eventually? I have been 6 days sober now and feeling quite calm and hopeful. Really grateful not to wake up with a hangover each morning. It is a nice feeling to start to appreciate life again.

Will you drink again? Just remember to take NAL - I have learned my lesson the hard way on that!

Good luck to you.

120 days alcohol free. I am reading a lot of spirituality nowadays. I always used to think about ....past...if and buts..eg..If I had found nal 10 years ago....If I had done this thing......Now many of you may be in the same boat. PAST IS PAST..you can not change anything about it. Live in present and prepare for your bright sober future. You can not do 'undo' in life...so be in peace and MAY GOD bless you all.....Please never do anything in the present for which you have to regret tomorrow..So get away of all your bad habbits today itself....
