You can google River Pharm and it will come right up. Another option is United Pharm, which ships out of Hong Kong. Shipping time is usually 5-10 days from either. I know River is working on coming up with a solution for the new requirement that you provide a script or at least the name of your doctor, in the mean time I just reordered from United last week. According to the tracking info my shipment is stateside at a sorting facility and it has been 6 days.

After being somewhat concerned about the "new policies" that River Pharmacy seems to have to work through... I see through my River Pharmacy account that my order has been through the process of waiting for approval at customs and was shipped, yesterday, from an address fairly local to me. Great customer support from RP, so far. Let's encourage them to keep up the good work! It's cool that they seem to be taking the time to keep us informed about the details about ordering/importation. Probably a lot of beuracracy involved, and I totally appreciate paying a bit more than something's worth if someone hires themselves out to cover the "details" for me. Bottom line. I paid my money and I either get something tangible for it, in the next couple of days, or don't. At this point... Fingers confidently crossed.

I too must say that Im really impressed with River especially Debbie. She has been trying for a week now to sort out a way that they can get an order to me even though they dont normally ship to Ireland. The communication from the company has been excellent and I wait no longer than a few hours for a return email, hell I often wait a lot longer for a return email from work mates just in the next office from me

Yeah, I should follow up in this forum category and say that I did receive my nal from River after only a couple of weeks of red-tape that they mostly took care of for me. It's been very good service.

i just thought i would mention something i noticed about ordering from different pharmacies. i have ordered from both all day chemists and river. i switched from adc to river after reading someone had their card number stolen after using adc and plus river's prices had gone down so it was a no brainer. however, i switched back to adc because river has the contents listed on the front of the package. i guess this is helpful for customs, i don't know. what i do know is that you have to sign for the package and twice my neighbor has had to sign for it. it is probably being a little dramatic to think my neighbors are going to run to their computers and see what i'm ordering from India and why, but you never know. as many of you know, i'm keeping this on the dl from EVERYONE, so i hate feeling so exposed. just thought i'd put a small difference out there with the companies. i have never ordered from the one out of hong kong. didn't know it was an option. good to know.

River Pharmacy supplied me Nal to Australia without problems. Plain package that went to my office without embarrassment. About a month delivery (I was away and it was Christmas 2011-12 but it was pretty good) No probs with Customs or other level 4 beauracrats. I'd recommend them and I'm buying my next 3 month supply now. While recently overseas I tried to buy Nal in Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand without success- indeed with a great deal of embarassment as I was held out to be a drug or alcohol abuser. - not something to be promoted particularly in Singapore.

River sent my request for Naltrexone immediately upon reciept of payment. No request for an Rx or the name of a doctor. I have ordered from them before for anti-depressants, and never had any requests of this kind before.

I think this might be for first time customers. I have worked with them for the past 2 years with anti-depressants so my recent request (Feb. 1) for Naltrexone went through with no issues.
