Does anyone know where I can purchase some Naltrexone in Bangkok, Thailand ?

I don't think mail order from outside of the country will be a good idea as they have some unusual laws here regarding drugs. Failing that I travel quite a bit in Southeast Asia so if anyone knows another source in a different country local to me I'd be interested to hear of it.
