Thanks ketch,

Always good to be reminded that the journey can be a long one, but worth it in the end.

I see that the list needs to be updated, as more have added themselves to the cured list the past few months.:)

I've not been out of control since 26th August, every time I drink alcohol feels completely dead to me. Nothing there, which is a pity because it means I don't get much out of a drink, but there is no way I'm chancing drinking without Naltrexone. So three weeks without any drunken episodes.

Is that cured?

I started Nal 19th/20th April 2011.

Now fully in control, alcohol no longer bothers me. Chose to go AF from 22nd July 2013.
TSM set me free

Hey UK, I sometimes feel like that on nal. Like literally, NO EFFECT from alcohol. Not good, not bad, just .... like water. I don't think that's the same thing as cured, exactly. I think cured is when you can enjoy a drink and it feels nice but then you don't need MORE. It's about the control, for me, anyways. It's easy to have control when you don't ENJOY the alcohol at all...but either way it sounds like you're well on your way :)
