Good job Hello. Don't ever drink again if you can....

Have you read the book written by Dr. Eskapa? TSM is that you take NAL at least one hour before you drink, and don't take it on days that you don't drink. It is important not to take NAL when you don't drink.

Good luck to you!

Hello all,

So two more AF days gone. Yesterday I returned one of my remaining NAL pack(10) to farmacy. Nal worked for me so well that I was off Alcohol in 3 weeks. I am still on Baclofen 10 mg per day. I do take it in the at 5:00 PM in the evening and I am sorted for the day. I have been planning to stop that also if I can find any vitmin treatment for my anxiety.

GOD bless all.

Hi Everyone,

So two more AF days gone. Today is 29th August. I would request you to add a mild dose of Baclofen while continuing TSM. I wish, I had found Nal and Baclofen 10 years ago then my life would have been different.

I have started feeling better and self confidence is coming back. I have started thinking about money again in all aspects of life.

cheers

Hi Hello 237

Welcome to the board. Be prepared for a roller coaster ride. But you are younger than me so it may work more quickly and better for you.

Cheers
Sticky :P

Hello all,

30 days gone alcohol free. I have already stared feeling better. From past, I just do have regrets. I have been trying to forgive myself. I never want to touch beer in my life again. Please let me tell you that I was just beer drinker. I never touched spirits in my life. I still need to pass one more month before I go for my complete physical check up to find out the damage done to my body by alocohol.

God bless all

Now count is 35 days alocohol free. It seems like a big burden is coming off my heart. Clarity in thinking is returning. I feel more calm and relaxed. My sincere advice to you all. Please add some baclofen in your treatment. I take 10 mg per day in the evening and cravings are gone.

God Bless All.

Thanks Katie.

I can see your graph on TSM. I would advise to add little quantity of baclofen. You could take that in the evening. I am sure, that will make the difference in your cravings and you will have more alcohol free days.

God bless all.

Hi Hello

Right now I am trying to 'de-addict' my brain through TSM and in order to do that I need to drink. So, if I take baclofen now and stop drinking, the "addiction" is still there, hiding in the background.

I know baclofen helps with cravings and when I feel I have gone far enough with TSM, I may add it to kill off any lingering cravings.
