Dear Nora,
I think I had the chest pressure thing - nal still tends to make me a little shakey/nervous/nauseous for about thirty minutes after I take a full 50mg dose these days. Nothing horrible, but I can feel that I took the pill (unlike some other people on this board). Then again, I am the queen of psychosomatic, so who knows!

I have to learn to count my units. Today was an awful day. I have taken 1/2 pill for 5 days. I knew that I needed to move up to the 50 mg but was worried about SE while at work. I've had half of a half pint (1/4 pint ??) of tequila and 2 beers tonight. Frustrated because I was feeling so much better and not craving. Tomorrow I'll take the 50 mg pill and go from there. I know that I need to give this a chance but I'm just so wanting to be over this. Grrrr.
Will try to figure out my units and start posting that.
Thanks everyone for the support & encouragement.

Hi Nora

A belated welcome! I also used antabuse in the past. Even drank on it once or twice - not good!
I hope you are going OK with the full dose and experienceing the "honeymoon".

Cheers
Sticky :P

Hi Nora

Please remember patience is key with TSM, prepare yourself to be following the method for at least 6 months before making a decision on whether or not TSM is working. As Tiller posted,.... TSM is a marathon, not a sprint!

Buckle up for the ride and Nal-on!
