Hmm well depending on where you're at in TSM (I think you said ten weeks in?) I wouldn't necessarily force it, as you might end up creating the dreaded alcohol deprivation effect. 2 AF days in a row is really good already - maybe don't push it for right now? As you get more comfortable with a non-drinking lifestyle, I suspect more days will come naturally. But otherwise....get up earlier, go to bed earlier, do lots of exercise/sports, hang out with friends in situations where no alcohol is available, take up hobbies, etc.
