So after 4 months of TSM I can say that I have turned the corner. I will say that it has had its ups and downs. I find now that when I do drink a lot it is very much in context around others that are also drinking a lot. I find if I go with more than 5 drinks in one night Nal stops to work. But I have Had many many social situations where I have 2-4 drinks and feel fine with it. That NEVER happened in my pre TSM days. Per my other posts.. I spent 3 months at betty ford 2 years ago. It was a great program and I think that with TSM did help me a lot. But I am so shocked there is not more attention on TSM. Very worthy of a 60 minutes piece.

It can be a roller coaster I think the word cure is a little bit strong but it is a way better solution than AA and no drinking.

Yes I would say you can put me there on that list. I would say that my drinking is back at least to where it was 10 years ago. Not a life issue for me.. Cannot say enough about TSM. Feel free anyone to PM or ask me my thoughts.. I think its important we support each other in this trip into TSM.
