I just started TSM last night. My pharmacy didn't have nal and gave me Revia instead. Should that make any difference? I felt lightheaded and spaced and had 4 glasses of wine. Felt anxious when I went to bed and had to settle myself down. Had a good sleep and felt great this morning. Does this mean I'm off to a good start?!! :)

Revia is just the brand (patent) name for naltrexone, the chemical. There's no idea for you to be taking that instead of the generic, I think - it just makes it more expensive.
