Thanks for the response. A difficult question indeed - one that I won't make hastily. I could be wrong, but my understanding is that of the roughly 20% of people TSM doesn't work for, about 10% of them don't stick to the program by always taking Naltrexone before drinking. And, the other about 10% simply don't react to the drug (these people don't have a sweet tooth or a family history of alcoholism - I have both). If I end up going the TSM route, I'm aware that there would be hell to pay for a period of several (or more) months. But, maybe 6 months of hell is worth potentially getting a de-addicted brain.
