Hi Ricky, you've made a good start to the TSM journey. Remember to reflect on the many small victories TSM will afford you like increased clarity, no blackouts, better behaviour, better communication/relationships, etc. Reduction in figures generally takes a lot longer. Good luck and happy Easter
