TSM had worked for over a year, but nooooo. too much hubris and went on a five day bender without naltreaxone., and have lost almost everything. Does anybody know where the "cautionary tale video" put up by naltrexonenotgod guy?

BenTSM changed his youtube channel:

I did not see the cautionary tale vid. But you can PM him.

Time to get back on the Naltrexone wagon. Good luck.

You will probably find that when you resume TSM you are not starting from square one. A lot of the reconditioning of your brain remains. So the good news is, it will work for you again and shouldn't take as long this time, but you have to follow the golden rule and always take the pill one hour before. You are another in a long line (including me) who has tried to drink again without TSM only to find ourselves back in the shitter.

Hang in there.

My best,

Nick

Thx guys, five day bender, I was in CA so my daughter could visit her mother, so I was alone for once. Freaked out and called my present GF and told her what I thought of her while drunk. So, for the moment, no home, no wonderful GF, and I'm staying @ my moms @ 41 while going through painful withdrawals. Stay on your NAL folks.

avishai, BenTSM, Crown86, Minneapolisnick and probably some others I can't think of all drank off nal and had varying degrees of relapse. Lesson learned they all are right back to under control and have given the rest of us a great cautionary tale. Unlike AA, this is not a disaster and doesn't lead to a complete relapse. You get back on the nal, apologize to GF and get life back on track. Thanks for coming back and sharing your experience. As a newly cured person I will be diligent not to tempt fate and drink off nal.

That is I told her what ever came to mind, not what I really thought. And she is wonderful

I have gone off the nalgon (nal + wagon) several times. The best and most beautiful part of getting back on the nalgon is that it works and it doesn't take time. We are so incredibly blessed to have access to TSM. We can try again.

I think it is important to note that nal is not a cure - we are never cured - but we can manage it. We are so lucky.

I'll never forget the day I realized that I had my drinking under control for the first time, I realized that I might just live.

Stay strong, stay on your nal, tell a great story and share the hope with others.
