Hi everyone,
Now that I've been using TSM for over a year, I drink four to six beers one night every two weeks (I've been drinking at this low level since the beginning of December). The rest of the time I don't drink and have no desire to do so. Considering that before I found TSM I went on binges of a week to two weeks' duration, drinking a half-gallon of vodka per day, this is a very welcome development. In the early months of TSM, I drank between nine and fourteen beers PER DAY on naltrexone. Along the way, I experienced fluctuating drinking levels, worried at times that TSM wasn't working for me, and even made the huge mistake of drinking without naltrexone (this landed me back in the hospital, just like in my pre-TSM days). Now my life is better than it has ever been. I haven't been to an AA meeting in four years, and don't miss it a bit.
I stopped visiting this social network for a while when I was having a tough time, but now I am happy to return as someone who feels cured. I want to have a full year of no binges or hospitalizations behind me before I state that I am cured, but that's just my personal decision because of how bad my alcoholism was and the fact that I had to be hospialized after every single drinking episode for the last ten years.
I already posted my video on Vimeo. I am now posting my new Youtube channel. The video is the same one as on Vimeo, but I also have some "favorites" that are interviews with Roy Eskapa and David Sinclair that were uploaded by other Youtube users. I hope some or all of the material on this channel helps more alcoholics find and use TSM:
