Thanks, 18. Good luck on your journey!

This weekend should be interesting. My goal was to have 2 AF days this week. I haven't done either of them yet. Now I'm thinking I'll go ahead and drink today and tomorrow (Thu-Fri) and then do my AF days Sat and Sun. I'll be backed into a corner but will have the motivation to make my goal for the week, which ends on Sunday.

I haven't done consecutive AF days yet, so that will be a good test for me.

I have Monday off work for MLK day, so I may just forego drinking that day, too, and have a whole 3-day weekend without a drink. If I can do that, I think it will give me some confidence to have more AF days in the coming weeks.

My goal for this week was to just repeat the 2 AF days I had the previous week. I drank Mon-Fri, so that meant I had to do them Sat-Sun, which I was able to do without trouble or craving. That's the first time since I started having AF days with TSM that I've had consecutive ones.

My weekly units stayed the same, but that's OK. The amount I have on days I drink isn't really the problem any more. My focus now is on the AF days.

My goal this coming week is to not regress on the AF days. I also want to establish the routine of not drinking on weekends, so I'm planning my AF days for next Sat-Sun.

I'm off work today for MLK day. I hope to go AF tonight to finish off the 3-day weekend. If I do that, plus next Sat-Sun, that will give me 3 AF for this week and I'll want to maintain that the following week.

mlb, what kind of alcoholic doesn't drink on the weekends? Keep up this kind of behavior and you'll have to turn in your alkie union card. Seriously, great progress with the AF days. Keep it up.

MLB - Wow, you have gone from 92 units a week to 27 units a week in six months. Incredible progress. Hope I join you. Keep up the great work. Your progress keeps those of us new to TSM on track.

I had another 2 AF day (Sat-Sun) week, with a slight drop in units. I'm going to try for 3 AF days this week.

I had a setback this past week. I had planned to have 3 AF days, but only had 2. One of the days that I drank, I had more than my (new) normal.

I know the reasons why, but I don't feel like explaining it. I'll try to do better this week.

I really appreciate the graphs, it is inspirational to see the downward trend, and even if it spikes up occasionally the overall progress is fantastic. Thank you for sharing your journey, us newbies need your posts to stay strong when at times the progress can seem so slow.
