Welcome Keke - Glad to have you with us. Just take the Nal+Al and keep posting. Like Jane said, it works. I am certainly seeing it working for me. I don't get drunk anymore like I use too and the cravings are lessening. That is a relief because although I enjoy drinking I sure don't enjoy getting drunk or craving alcohol over every other activity and person in my life.
