I drank a bit extra on Christmas Eve and Christmas night, so I did an AF day - my first - on Sunday to keep the weekly total down. The AF day wasn't so bad, although I was kinda bored and didn't sleep very well. I didn't crave a drink, though.

That's great MLB your first AF day is quite an accomplishment. Good for you what a great Christmas present to give to yourself. You continue to make progress. I know what you mean about being bored. The key for me was to change my behavior in the evenings to make it a little easier.

Man - you're down to less than a third of your prior consumption. That's the kind of thing I'm shooting for. Good going.

Your chart numbers look excellent-a trend line would show an almost perfect descending line. Must feel pretty damn good!

Thanks - I *do* feel good about my progress. It would be nice if things went more quickly, but I can't complain.

My goal this week is six days of 5 units or less, 1 AF, and a weekly total of 30 or less (I may hit 28).

I made my goals for last week - 1 AF and 6 days of 5 units or less. This week, I'm going to try for 2 AF and 5 days of 5 units or less.

mlb, this graph is a thing of beauty. Congratulations on your first AF day on TSM. I bet it was easier than you thought it was going to be. Great progress I'll see you on the cured list in the future.

Thanks, St V. I think we'll both be on that list in the next few months.

Thanks, Joe. Since early in this journey, I think I have used *some* will power. I set a goal each week that will result in continued progress. Other than that one 3-week blip, I've done pretty well at meeting my goals. There's no way I could have done it without the nal, though.
