Hey DOMD, don't beat yourself up. Maybe Santa will bring you one of these if you ask nicely. ;) It's a stainless steal, airtight, waterproof, keychain pill fob. I'm asking for a few for Christmas! Best wishes.

Hey DOMD, glad to see the drinking without nal didn't totally derail you. The holidays are going to be tough for me this year because of my own personal issues, but I'm also thankful I have nal. I don't have the slightest fear that I'll go on a bender that will last for days. It's wonderful to no longer be scared of that.

Hi DOMD,

Thanks for letting us all know. You have been a great support here, and I wish you the best of luck going forward! I love that you are sticking with your commitment, that shows great integrity in keeping promises to yourself - and those are the easiest ones to break.

Have a great Christmas and take good care of yourself!

YG

DOMD, thank you for your contribution to TSM. I know you have been battling this addiction a long time and I'm glad you are down to a reasonable 15 beers a week and commited to going AL and NAL free. I admire your goal. You are wise beyond your years. I wish you well and totally understand your desire to put some distance between you and AL and recovery and just live. I have really enjoyed reading your posts and appreciate the honesty and compassion you have shown here.

DOMD, I want to wish you luck. Your posts have really been helpful to me. I know you may not want to now, but maybe after a year or more, maybe you could check in a let us know how you are doing. But I totally understand your desire to get distance from anything having to do with alcohol.
