I think you'll be back on track in no time, and that spike will end up looking like the small bump in the road that it was.

Had another bad week. My sister-in-law was visiting, so things were out of whack. I need to get back on track this week.

MLB, how many AF days have you had in the past 2 months?

If the number is zero, consider having one. It may be easier than you think now that you're 4 months into TSM.

MLB,

Good luck in getting back on track. I suppose if you could perfectly manage your drinking you wouldn't be doing TSM ;) Hopefully, your schedule will be back to normal and you can continue to progress! Take care, BTDT

@nemo - No AF days yet. I agree I should try one soon.

I got back to a normal routine last night. I had set my units goal for the week, planned how much I would drink last night, and hit the target exactly. It was not down to the level I was at 4 weeks ago, but it was a significant drop compared to the past 3 weeks, and I was in control again.

It's only one day, but it was encouraging.

I got back on track last week. I set a goal for the week and hit my numbers every day. Best of all, I felt in control.

Great mlb, you are back on a roll. Your progress has been amazing. How do you feel now with you numbers so much lower?

If you mean how do I feel hangover-wise - I feel great. The hangovers went away with the first 10% drop in drinking and I haven't had one since.

Great the hangovers are gone. I guess I was asking more about overall wellbeing. You've reduced your drinks by half per night which adds up to around 500 calories per night. Any weight loss, increase in energy or overall just feeling better kind of things?
