Progress Update
Pre-TSM: 77-90 units USA
Week 1: 9,4,5,5,3,3,3 (Total: 32u)
Week 2: 3,6,6,7,4,AF,5 (Total: 31u)
Week 3: 7,7,7,5,6,AF,3 (Total: 35u)

Sometimes the NAL seems to be obviously working in controlling my craving, at other times the compulsion to drink returns and I reluctantly answer the call. My units are still far below pre-TSM. I am completely without side effects and sleep well at night now. I plan cut the liquor sometime this week and resort to beer only. I am faithfully following everyone's progress and enjoying the variations on the theme of TSM.

Those are very good numbers starting from pre-TSM units of about 83.5 units per week (mid point btw 77 and 90). First three weeks you are averaging less than 32.5 units. That's a reduction of about 51 units per week or over a 60% reduction if my math is correct. You must be feeling about 100% better these days! Keep posting your progress here.

Your a right Merlot!
Sleeping better at night, and a loss of that CRAPULOUS feeling during the day. Bonus: The days of obviously feeling in control of my intake are amazing.

It must feel good to not wake up with a raging hangover. :)

Here's an interesting fact: "Crapulous" doesn't mean "crappy".

It means:

1 : marked by intemperance especially in eating or drinking

2 : sick from excessive indulgence in liquor

So your description is even more accurate than you thought!
