Thanks everyone. I certainly wish TSM could work this well for everyone who tries it. I just hope my story might help some others through the rougher moments and periods of doubt that can come along with TSM.
Last night, 5 units. Tonight, no interest at all in drinking. That's what I'm really digging now-AF days just 'happen' without much effort at all.

I leave for a few days and your off and posting Jerry!

Great news and I'm glad everyone chimed in. Yours is truly a story that can teach people about patience and then the early follow up post "cure" or whatever YOU wanna call it whereby we see the true beauties of TSM in full effect. If this was Jerry without TSM, I can safely say that you and I without TSM would be worthless right now. I only say that because we're life long friends and people may not know that! :ugeek:

Even not being cured, I'm just rapping my head around the lack of thinking about booze. yes, I still drink and too much BUT....I think I have a real shot. My one year anniversary is coming up and I'm going to celebrate it AF regardless of whether I might have to muscle through it a little. it certainly won't hurt. May not help,...but honestly I think it will. Congrads Jerry and my Best, Jim
PS Will talk soon

the past week-5 AF days, 2 evenings drinking with 5 units one night and 6 the other. the 6 pack night brought on one of these unexpected TSM hangovers i've noticed others mentioning. brutal 4 AM nausea and headache. i didn't have much of a dinner that night and i'm starting to think that i'm way more sensitive to drinking on a not so full stomach when taking naltrexone.

All in all, TSM is going really well. i'm enjoying AF days and nights, and on the nights i drink i'm finding the semi-buzz to be rather boring. actually one of these nights last week i recall sort of talking myself drinking-i had no particular craving but managed to convince myself it would be enjoyable. naturally, this led to the wicked hangover!

thanks for coming back and reporting. they say TSM keeps working after the cure to extinguish even further so I bet your numbers keep going down from here! hope so. it may also be that since yo drink so much less now your tolerance has gone down to the level of a normal person

just an update on the past week-5 AF days and 2 nights that i drank. 2 glasses of wine one night, 5 beers the other. i'm glad to see the numbers keep dropping-i had wondered if they might go back up after the dramatic decrease i had but so far there's no sign of that happening. cured? i don't know. i'm actually not too sure what our criteria for that is. what i can say is that drinking has taken on a very minor role in my life and in my thoughts, and that's enough for me.

Hey Jerry, What a great story. Thanks so much for posting your progress and success. Many of us are struggling and it's so positive to read success stories. Congratulations. Don't you think Eskapa and Sinclair should be knighted!!! (what's the equivalent of a knighthood in the states?)

Kiwi.

Hey Jerry,

Its been a minute since we talked. Glad to hear alls well. I need to talk to you about the upcoming project so will give you a ring. I hope you don't mind a mini hijack.

I had a half pint last night and it was relatively effortless. I was psyched,...and the night before was AF but doesn't count because I was hungover. Those are always relatively easy.

Man so glad to hear you're kicking butt. We're gonna need you at the top of your game and it looks like its going to be the case/. Maybe I'll come through in the nick of time. Well, I gotta go say Hi to Arnold. He was here locally and not even traveling. So much nicer when he's local. Not all Jet lagged.....We'll be talking music....BEst Jerry, congrads and I'll call tomorrow...Best, Jiim
