Forgot to take the pill last night. What dumb #$%&!! Drank a lot... Other than that things are going very well. It's now very noticeable that I drink less than my wife. Not the case before TSM. Very tired from the NAL. Does anyone have a suggestion for that? I'm thinking I should try an energy drink. Any kids out there with a good brand? They don't seem to market that stuff for my age group.
I had one AF day. I was hoping I would feel better not taking the NAL for a day but nothing changed. I'll try again soon.
I'm paying $130 for 30 pills of Nal. Where can I get it cheaper?

Pre-TSM 40 to 60 units/wk
week #1 ....26 units
Week#2 .....42 units
Week#3 .....36 units
Week#4 .....37 units
Week#5 .....34 units 1 AF day

Yeah it makes me tired still too. mildly. especially at night I think. dude don't forget to take it! that's the only rule. you are paying way too much for the NAL maybe try alldaychemist. I think theirs is like a 1.30$ a pill or something. and river is good too. the more you order the better deal it is. shipping is high so order as much as possible. nice progress though. keep it up and keep sharing with us.

I just got 60 from River for $155 (allday wasn't listing it for awhile).

Re: energy drink, sugar-free Red Bull isn't too bad - tastes like Smarties, if you remember what those taste like.

I'm on day 4 & I'm really feeling the tiredness; 10 hours of bad sleep last night & I'm still dragging ass. I gotta hope this is temporary.

the tiredness will go away. I barely feel the slightest bit of it but now I think it's just the effect of alcohol without the "manic" switch being flipped in me. and I have way more control over alcohol already. sty the course, start a progress thread. I'm only 5 weeks ahead of you. lets all stick together in this thing :D

Most nights I stop drinking well before I go to bed a VERY rare occurrence pre TSM. I See the Doc next week.
Thanks for the source for lower cost Nal.

I'm not drinking this week so units are 0. Feel great.
I stop drinking fior a few days here and there. People have been uncomfortable when I'm not drinking. I made a point of having a beer (which I really don't enjoy) so everyone can relax and get over it. It seemed to work it's no longer an issue.

I found that making a point to plan something I enjoy while not drinking and taking NAL helps reinforcing the effect of the program.

I'll likely drink sometime next week and make a point to notice how crappy NAL/Booze makes me feel. I'm a slow learner but I think my head is getting the message.

units this week are 30 I'm trying to loose a few pounds so not drinking would help but little food and no booze is tough.

Drinking is not such a big deal. I believe this stuff does work.
